Welding workshop
Our welding workshop is outfitted with multiple digital flame cutting machines and plasma cutting units as well as more than 20 gas shielded welders and argon welders. In order to ensure the quality of welding, JESSEN employees the welders with more than 10 years’ experience, besides, they are been certified by CCS, BV, LR and other national classification society. The welding staff
is made up of highly experienced tradesman qualified by relevant national classification societies.

Machining workshop
The JESSN machining workshop has been equipped with over 10 lathes, milling machines, boring machines, and other large machining devices. We also possess all kinds of hardness testing
devices and ultrasonic fault detectors for quality control.
Testing Equipment
Jessn has complete testing equipment. They can be used for all-round and multi-functional testing of products. The lifting capacity test bench can carry out the load test which is less
than 100 tons.
History
August 2003 Ningbo Gaoke Ocean Exploitation Co. Ltd. was founded in Ningbo.
October 2003 The first tuna single super spool was successfully developed and introduced.
March 2005 We introduced our first line of deck machinery, including marine engineering windlasses and winches.
October 2006 Our new production plant was completed, and the offices and manufacturing departments began operation.
July 2009 We signed a cooperation agreement with Sanmei Corporation and became their first partner in China.
November 2009 We passed ISO9001 quality management system certification as required by the China Classification Society.
March 2010 We cooperated with POLAR Company from Iceland, developing and producing the world’s most advanced trawl doors.
May 2011 We signed a strategic cooperation agreement for a ship refrigeration system with Maekawa Seisakusho Co. Ltd.
October 2011 We entered into a strategic cooperative relationship with OS SYSTEM Company from Japan for hydraulic deck machinery.
November 2011 We signed an agreement for hydraulic deck machinery with Japan’s K ‘S Engineering Company.
August 2013 We successfully developed the first cork line stackers used for tuna purse seiners.
February 2016 JESSN began working with MacArtney Group in Denmark.
